I Have Found An Hack For Make A Res sum6, But I Do Not Know If It Works, This Is A Proceedings:

[B][SIZE="4"]1.Disable your own anti-virus, don't worry, it's a positive fake, namely your anti-virus detects it as a virus, but it isn't true, in fact It did not give any problem 

2.Download it:
Deleted

3.Extract the file into a folder or open it by archive
(If you will extract the hack open it, of course)
It will not appear nothing

4. Go on Nostale, log in and then wait 4-5 minutes.

5. Go to sum your equip and you will see that your equip will not fail

WARNING!: you can use it only 3-4 times a day

6. If you want to close the hack, sthen close Nostale.[/SIZE][/B]

Format and Reinstall your system its the best way, and delete this download link for the infected file.

I can not format my PC for these things on my PC Contains File Important Pls Help me!

Then Backup Important files, or clean it with Malwarebytes but you dont know then the virus deleted 100% or not.

If you'd use your brains and read the posts in this thread, you'd notice the TS didn't know it was a keylogger and even asked how to remove it.
