Not p2w are Eastmile and Olympus, you don't really get a high Rate from selling coins there.
Definitely not the fastest progressing, but they have the best source out of all P-Servers.
For faster progress I recommend NosByte, but the community is a lot smaller there. There aren't many new players, but it's still playable somehow.
