HowTo Fix Attack Speed Hack

2. cast time 0 sec = atk speed hack done.
3. cast time 0.01 sec = and attack speed is not work.
4. little changes in source.

When i try to open the .exe application it shows a messeage which says i need to install ".NET" and redirects me the page i can download it, the problem is i already have installed it, tried with all the other versions and the issue is still there, how can i fix it?
