Creation of RetroServer Nostale

Hi I'm looking for the Files for the creation of a retroserver of our, can anyone tell me where I have to go through guides / posts to be able to create one? I tried the Waat 0.9a [They don't work anymore] I tried the OpenNos ones [They don't work anymore] I look for files only for private purposes to have some fun inside that's all. Thanks in advance
