Hello. I wanted to ask if anyone can provide me some basic tools for client modification and something with it i can edit NostaleClientX or its only editable with Hex ? I use now IDA Pro and HexD for editing but its worth of stone and bad, anyway thank alot for any help.

It depends on what you want to achieve. If you want to edit a client's behavior, you have to do it using the tools you've mentioned, but most of the time it's easier to modify memory directly using a DLL injection.

I want to add cooldown and other things but in HexD it’s like big mess

If you mean adding Skill Cooldown just by HxD its impossible lul
