Eastmile multiclient

Is anyone here know how to play on eastmile with more than 1 client at same time ?

U can modify the launcher with dnspy, but is useless. Eastmile have a ip block and cant open 2 accounts or more in the same ip

there is the launcher with replaced process search name. gl for ip block
