During the server merge, people who had a lot of items in their parcel were receiving items twice, maybe above x items in your parcel, you will receive twice your nosmall items ?
Also, maybe using a CZ vpn could decrease your price ?

It will not be cheaper, because all servers then go into the EURO payment
