Most of "tutorials" (especially Microsoft ones) are "tutorials" they are made for people without knowledge about what they are going to execute.

If i get you right you can simply rightclick the database and "Dump SQL File" -> "Structure and Data"

and if you want to read the file into the new database "Execute Sql File".

This is much less detailed than most MSSQL tutorials about import/export out.

Yeah, but the pont is that there is also some other stuff which you're not even looking for, this might confuse some people.

Maybe less detailed, but I some kind of know how much Inno understand of all that, so It's kinda easy to adjust the way I explained it to his knowledge, this makes it easier for him to understand it.
