Adding Quest from Npcs?

Hey, in my source works Quests but i dont know how i can let them give from Npcs. I know its something with nrun but how i bind then to the npcs?
Can someone give me an example?

You need to add the n_run to the NPC via Clienteditor.

[Prophecy_]

Session.Character.AddQuest(ID);

Since its DB bound, you need to add it to Characters Def

Oh and dont forget the NRun.

You can also just add a random NRun, and check if NpcId
