The Lv.+45 AW for the sword, PvE or PvP.
Just find a full damage sword, with at least 1 important SL (atk > hp > elem > def).
If you choose to build you swordsman for being elementary damage based, build with resistance decrease S and A (watter I guess, fire is pretty cool too, the SP1 is the best swordsman SP !). In case you prefer to build physical damage, just choose (critical damage and/or critical chance) and defense decrease instead of resistance decrease
The Lv.+48 AW for the armor, PvE or PvP.
Choose S - resistance increase if you want to XvX
Choose S - defense increase or dodge debuff to 1v1 (or if you have AW resistances)
Choose a high S - dodge attack (17/18/19) with a high A - dodge ranged attack (11/12/13). The other option are still important, but if you already have it, it is ok.
You can have defense or resistance at the top of the shell.
The Lev.72 crossbow without any debate for 1v1.
Shell with "S - main SL 8" (how is it called in EN/GE ?) with the SL you don't have on your sword (if you have attack on your sword, choose HP. If you have HP on your sword, choose attack) (at least 10/11. 12 is the maximum)
The Lev.+25 AW can be great in XvX because of the defense + the reistance decrease.
Same as above, but add an SL element if possible. Also choose better value (main SL 11, SL hp or attack 16/17, element will be ok)
In the first case, just stat your SP 100/X/X/80
In the second case just stat your SP 100/X/30+/80 (you should have better SL because of the AW shells)
About the resistance, if you can, just build heroic reistance like : Kertos boot 110/0/0/110 + Watter glove Lv.+25 AW 0/120/120/0 which will give you a lot of dodge stat + a little bit of defense.
You can also choose to build movespeed : Fernon boots 78/78/78/78 + Watter glove Lv.+25 AW 60/60/60/60 (notice it gives you better resistance, but less def/dodge stat)
You have +2 movespeed compared to the first proposition.
