How to...?

How can i nerf or buff buffs or skills? Like their effect, more defense, more attack, more hp... ? Anyone know how to do it?

But in ''Card'' there's the EffectId and Duration something more, i have to do the changes on the EffectId right? But in the database there's not a ''Effect'' table, i just see the ''StaticBuff'' but there's not the Effect, where sould i search?

Seriously just search in game with command $Effect

Hello,
If you want to modify their value you have to modify the "FirstData" in the BCard table,
If you want to change the skill effect, just go in the skill table and change the AttackAnimation/CastEffect/CastAnimation.
