Error 1505 in Visual Studio

Error Number: 1505, State: 1, Class: 16
The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement ended because a duplicate key was found for the object name 'dbo.MapType' and the index name 'PK_dbo.MapType'. The value of the duplicate key is (0).
The restriction or index could not be created. See the previous errors.
The instruction was finished.

Can someone help?

That happen when I try to update-database in the new version of opennos...

Just delete your old database with name "opennos"

Then if I have shops, crafts etc how I can restore everything?

Save your table with name "shop", "shopitem", "mapnpc", "recipe" and "recipeitem" on your old database and upload on new database
