Error update-database Visual Studio [OpenNos]

Hello, I have a question. How do I update the database in visual studio, when I write in NuGet, update-database -Verbose tells me something about Migrations, I have written add-migrations and in the Text of migration I have written enable-migrations and nothing ... I do not know if someone would explain to me how to update the database.

Please post a screenshot of the nuget console (with said errors).
