Hello to all i have installed the nosmagic website and it works at 100% but i just try to record an account out of this error i can not understand how to make attached screen

After an update some info is no longer required during registration. The solutions are 2: 1) Modify lfile php by deleting superfluous info (compliment etc) 2) Add these missing info to the database in the account table
