So I'm going to analyze the AniTale-crew objectively.
The team is acting unorganized and seemingly without any plan of what they are doing. Some of them are trying to do their best and then there are some that aren't set in the right position cuz they cant take action and don't do what they have to.
For example: there was a GM that acted highly unprofessional and got personal after I rejected all her claims with understandable argues in her language (english) (I'm german). It seemed like she felt emotionally attacked and couldn't differentiate if someone insults her or just argues and rejects her claims with understandable argues.
So she insulted me and banned me from discord right after I countered.(without talking to the project-leader)
The project leader took no action against that.
2 days later the same topic came up and the GM that insulted me before, started acting like a little kid. She told me what she thinks about me (total bullshit) ( I couldn't reply cuz she censored all my messages) and then left the voice channel + the discord server and went crying. (Is she the right person for a GM position if she is emotional unstable and can't act professionally?)
After she left the discord server, the whole crew acted super professional (ironic) and spammed the whole general chat with about 300?? messages that just said: #VoteHottekaBackToAnitale. (not childish at all)
But hey, that's not the end of this beautiful story.
Today I logged in and saw the most idiotic thing in my whole life. The said GM basically destroyed (or hired someone to destroy) all my SP cards/ my whole EQ and named my
pet: ''
HitlersCousin'' (bye bye niveau level). Would you give someone like that access to the remote server??? Yes, cuz I trust my professional 28 y/o english GM that cant argue with an 17 y/o german guy.
So I talked to the project-leader that basically told me: hey, I got a deal for you. I'll give you 2 OP perfected SP's and you stop talking about this whole topic and ignore what the said GM said and did (Oh wow that's kinda corrupt, don't you think?)
[That's how I interpreted it even tho she told me that its an compensation and then told me to stop coming up with that topic]. I actually got the SP cards.
There weren't any consequences for the GM yet.
Oh and another interesting one: you can get into the crew without even asking for it or writing an application. Just act like you are interested you eventually get promoted, even if you don't want it.
[At least the application thingy was closed months ago]
I designed some stuff for AniTale which I'd like you to take down because I can't identify with your stuff anymore.
That's all I got as some feedback for you and as a advice for some of you that want 2 start playing on this server. If you feel like censoring this post, do that. But don't forget that I got even bigger things I could bring up on other channels.
PS: I want to specifically clarify that I don't intentionally want to hurt anybody's feeling with this post.
