what do you mean, if you mean npc and items function handling, theres no such thing we need to code it, you as a community can do it too we will appreciated every commit you do

Did you completely install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 (Any Edition) with all of the C# References?
Make sure that output path of project is correct (Project > Properties > Build > Output path)
Go in menu to Build > Configuration Manager, and check if your main/entry project has checked Build. If not, check it.

This server has any difference that the official server?
I am looking for a server where I can test all weapons and SP for my experiments.

Its an emulator... So we give files... And yes Its an active project, get the files and run It you Will have your own server

So, you might remember that I said I was going to make a new open source after Christmas, and I wasn't joking around about that. I'm going to make an open source for multiple games offered by NetDragon Websoft. You all chose Conquer Online (1.0) and Era of Faith. I might add Warlords to it but we'll see.
Now, a few things have changed. First, the project doesn't have to be in C++ anymore. I got the job and I'm working on C# programs there (the company is changing to C#)....
