u need only add an effect to item..

open Item.txt ( u can found it in data folder ) and paste it:

NAME=angel wings
VNUM=1685
INVENTAR=1
EFFECT=1219
PRICE=84245
DELETE_ON_USE=0

NAME=demon wings
VNUM=1686
INVENTAR=1
EFFECT=1229
PRICE=84245
DELETE_ON_USE=0

save the file, restart world server and digit in chat this commands:

$item 1685 1 0 0
$item 1686 1 0 0

in your inventory appear wings item, double click and u have angel/demon wings

I put in item.txt. Then I wrote the command $item 1685 1 0 0 and erases item is doing nothing
