NosTale WAAT server problem

I started NosTale WAAT server, i set the configs correctly, but I have strange problem with the server:
What is the "zts***3" codes?

Dont use the german nostale_local exe.

Then what I use?
I use the DK201-Gameserver with 4000/4000 ports, and the game is froze.

Ich habe eine frage, wenn ich mich versuche einzuloggen dann stürzt mein worldsever.exe immer ab da steht dann "worldserver.exe funktioniert nicht mehr" an was kann das liegen?
ich habe die daten aus diesen 8.a versionen ordner da genohmen
