Can I use the RedBot in HK/TW?

I live in HongKong,,
I searched the google,,
saw the forum,,
then I think the RedBot can help me to play the Nostale better,,
but I'm not sure that can use in HK,,
because there is NProtect in the game,,
can you help ME???

yes you can use the bot but you need the pointer
