Probier mal das:

The cause the assemly is missing may be that the .NET framework 4.0 is uninstalled. To verify this issue, we can:

1. Go to the GAC folder "C:\Windows\assembly"

2. Find the assemblies "System"

3. Make sure there is a "System" assembly with version 4.0.0.0

I assume the "System" assembly with version 4.0.0.0 is missing in this case.



To fix this issue, please use one of the following three methods:

1. Install the Microsoft .NET framework 4.0.

2. Delete the following cache folder, and then re-install the SQL Server.

%AppData%\Local\Microsoft_Corporation\

3. Modify the user.config file to refer to .NET framework 2.0. (I will attach the user.config which uses .NET framework 2.0 at the end of this post). In this case, the user.config is located in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corpor ation\LandingPage.exe_StrongName_ryspccglaxmt4nhll j5z3thycltsvyyx\10.0.0.0 folder.

Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 can be downloaded from:

user.config that is refered to .NET framework 2.0.:

Keine Ahnung, ganz ehrlich. Schwer zu sagen wenn man nicht direkt am Rechner sitzt.
Bei Installationsproblemen einfach mal Google benutzen, was anderes kann ich auch nicht machen.
