I tried the new server, and it was decent. There's plenty to do, and the fresh start makes the economy and raids playable. The wiki helped a lot for understanding the buffs and character progression.

I donated €50 for an endgame pet and partner SP, but had a bad experience since they’re locked behind the fortune wheel. I got nothing valuable and asked for just one compensation wheel to unlock the pity system. However, I received a rude and aggressive response from one of the GMs.

After that, I lost interest. The server is fine if you’re into F2P farming and don’t expect much staff interaction, but my experience with that GM was a big turnoff to continue supporting this private server.

It's clear that a fortune wheel is a luck based system, and it works quite simple. For that reason, there is a pity system for unlucky people.

You lost interest and found the GMs aggressive after we told you that we can't give away free spins, as it would be unfair. If you think about it, you'll realize that what you're saying or asking doesn't really make sense. However, have a nice day and thank you for your comment.

I don't remember your staff saying "we can't give away free spins" in a proper and human way, but more trying to get into a conflict with me. Losing interest was mainly over that point for me. If you ask me to think about it, I just lost money and time in a private server. Have a nice day too

�� New Shop Addition: LookLab Cosmetic Menu! ��

We are happy to introduce to you the new LookLab Cosmetic Menu! You can purchase the LookLab Key in our Itemshop, to unlock a Window with Various Features to create your own style! The window will work pretty simple:

Once you double click the LookLab Key, you permanently unlock a new Symbol in your character menu. When clicking on the eye in the menu, you will be in the new LookLab Menu, there you can colorize your name in our color wheel and save it. You can also choose your own reputation icon of the icons you already have passed and unlocked!

There will also be options to hide your mask, helmet, costume, costume hat, weapon skin and even put in to display different Costumes/Skins to display! In this new window, no effects of items will be taken over as you only place them visually in the window and not equip them.

Challenge Shifted Rudolph in the raid! If you're successful, you'll earn Shifted Rudolph Raid Box. But be careful, mini Snow Mans will be spawned every 30 seconds to annoy you!

Important, every participatian must have seal into their inventory in order to be able to join the raid.
The seal is consumed when you join the raid group.

During the Xmas event, whenever you defeat any monster, there's a chance that Snowman will appear.

If you manage to defeat Snowman, there's a 50% chance he will drop Christmas Tree.
