Hey, I struggle to inject the PacketLogger.dll into the Nostale process.
Steps to reproduce:
- Download .zip archive
- extract all
- move everything into "Program Files\NosTale" folder
- open NostaleClientX.exe process in Cheat Engine
- Inject "Pgogram Files\NosTale\PacketLogger.dll" into the process

Error:
"dllInjection failed: failed injecting the DLL Force Load module failed: Failed injecting the DLL
Force load module failed: unable to open file "PolyHook_2.dll": The System cannot find the specified file"

The file "PolyHook_2.dll" is located at "Program Files\NosTale\PolyHook_2.dll" as it should be from my understanding.

What's wrong???

I have also installed the c++ Redistributable from here

Do you have multiple NosTale versions installed? Could you send an image of how your NosTale folder looks like?

An automatic log file save after a certain time would be appreciated.. This works perfectly. I love the format but this one feature would be so great for collecting Data and feeding it in a visualization tool. Might look into it. Anyway, nice job!

@ Is it possible to somehow add a "sleep function" to the sender? I have multiple send packets I want to send at a delayed time. Its kinda bad when you send multiple packets all at once, because packets WILL drop.

I get and error that says index out of bound of a vector, saying that it went over the vector capacity limit when I am in land of life.

maybe the "EWSF.EWS" file is why ur game still crash if u r playing on private server, just delete it (or move it to another folder if there are client modding in the pserver u r playing, then u remove it when u dont use pkl)
