Yes, NosMassacre works fine, but NPT crashes

Put a packet into the textbox and press "Send" or "Receive".

The structure of a packet and what's the purpose of send or recieve these packets, that I was pretending to ask sorry.
Oh and I saw a section for minigames, can I run it for fishing without any risk to get banned? (Without abusing it)

For the structure, that depend on the packet. Use the packet logger to see some packets.
The purpose is to interact with the game in personalized ways.

I can't guarantee you 100% that you will not be banished.
On the other hand, I can tell you that the ban rate is very low if you don't abuse it.
