private server help!

Hello every one!i know they are manny post's with private servers files or evrething but some of links not workin or other problems...could any1 please give me links for next things : a program to open the the NOS files from the original server, or complet list's for map,items,skills in english or any other language...i could translate...!
also lookin for every program that is needed to edit the nostale private server..!please put everything on a single thread!
