for me its now working too, not even open the exe file and im the administrator, delete antivirus total from pc

Do you need a Password 4 Windows Login ? i have never set any Passwords 4 Winlogon at The Windows Install Setup, because, if you will use app´s as Admin, you ,must type your Password, for every app, system setting change etc..

Try a New Windows Install in a Virtual PC Look

or try WinXP Modus

Should you not be helped with it, you have to prepare yourself mentally and psychologically it to make a complete reinstallation of your PC
