Here is my experience with getting this to work:
Before I go any further, I only got this to work after figuring out that the instructions they are giving for it are wrong, albeit not by much, but still wrong. (No offense guys but I call it like I see it) Anyway here are the steps I use to get it to work:
1) Enter the game - (Needs to be in Windowed Mode, however you only need the game on 800x600 if you what to use the vinyl bot to add the vinyls for you.)
2) Enter Safehouse and select the car you want to apply your vinyls to.
3) Enter Vinyl Shop and add NFS Logo somewhere on the car and make it Red (Slider all the way to the top, very bottom far right color option.) Save and return to Customize Menu.
4) Re-enter Vinyl Shop. Once in the shop, then open the Vinyl Artist Program. (NOT BEFORE) In the Vinyl Artist program, click the green 'Set' button. Now save and exit back to the Customize Menu again. (DO NOT ADD ANY VINYLS)
5) Re-enter Vinyl Shop once more and start applying NFS logo vinyls (or Heart vinyls) for however many vinyls the design you want to use requires. Again, you can add then manually, but if you want to let the bot do it for you, have the game on 800x600.
6) Once you have the correct amount of vinyls on your car for the design you want, make sure you have the correct design selected in the Vinyl Artist program and then hit 'Load.' (For good measure, I usually hit 'Load' about 4-5 times as there have been occasions where hitting it once didn't work) Now hit 'Finished Customizing' in game and you should have a prompt to confirm your changes.
There should be a cost to complete the changes, which shows that you completed the steps correctly. However, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED LEVEL FOR THE VINYLS YOU ARE TRYING TO APPLY IT WILL NOT WORK. This should be obvious, but it seems it needed to be spelled out.
Additionally, if you want to change from one design to another, you have to remove a vinyl before the amount you need and place a new vinyl before saving or it will not work!
Example:
If you want to change from Vinyl A to Vinyl B, where A requires 27 vinyls and B requires 23, you need to delete existing vinyls on your car to make the vinyl count 22, then add a new NFS logo as the 23rd and then finish customizing. Same is true for Designs that both require 31, delete 1 existing vinyl and add a new NFS vinyl and then 'Load' your design. (Took me a while to figure this one out)

It is possible but who will spend days to find out how are crypted data from svs then convert it in .va,.vh ... etc? Is useless + 70% vinyls from Vinyl Manager aren't made with stock cars! So ?

restart game or restart pc. Could be a problem only in that case. I dont think you receive that in every day when you start it  . (Is a new error for this VA)

@For all users :
The VA error appear in following cases:
-you apply a design which is not made with stock vinyl(In game exist special vinyls which you must buy them)
-you apply a design which is locked for you(ex: you want to apply a design made with a few vinyls which will unlock at level 35 and your driver is at level 5)
-you can receive error if the VA isn't sett as it must be (Tutorial about that on first page of this thread)
-other errors I didnt think it exist , but if you receive something which is not listed then restart your pc/game (this must fix your problem).

Whatever I do the vinyl program doesnt work. It opens and all that but after putting on the red nfsw vinyle and exiting and reentering the shop there is no green set button. The button is still grey. I tried the above tutorial too, but it is not working. No matter what I do it is not working. Please someone help me.

If you are running the program before or while you are placing the red logo, you are doing it wrong.

Some vinyls are locked because you dont reached at requiered level.
At level 60 all thoose errors will dissapper.
Next error is crash when you click save -> this mean the selected design contain a vinyl which is not stock (but as I know all designs from VA are made with stock vinyls)

the prob is that if you open help or anything else the green button will be locked! if you read all and know how it works close and restart bot then you wil, he able to set the green button

Is it possible that you could put more vinyls on that cover the whole car and look sweet as f**k and not be plain? Your vinyl tool is just amazing no doubt, but could you just deepen the vinyls by adding more attraction, art and color to it? Please it would be amazing if you could.

You realize that everything that is on the program is configurable right? You can modify or just create things the way you want them to be. If you look to default designs for what you want specifically, you are going to be disappointed most of the time. Try using your own creativity to create what you want and share your results to get advice on how to improve. That's what I do after all. Just remember, the program isn't about just using the vinyls that are there, you can contribute to it as well yourself.
