I believe AirPursuit is the Airtime bot - Teleport to Silverton Showdown, activate the bot, and it will complete the Airtime achievement for you.
EDIT: Nah, it's just the pursuit bot. It takes 26 seconds to evade, but if you use the Speed option (which speeds the game up in the same way Cheat Engine would), then it takes about five, and still gives you a legit time that won't get you banned.

P.S i have some problems with bot when it finishes the race it dont clicks the next button ): and also when i closed the bot and quited race it "autopilot" still works... and i cant disable it so i need to restart game all the time /:
