Great axe fast swing

It's not the same as the staff, you would need two great axes for that and it looks like the second weapon here is a hatchet? unless they are doing - great axe swing, swap, left click non-block with hatchet, swap, great axe swing but i can't see the hatchet ever go into main hand so this is unlikely. Is there a great axe talent that replaces block like the hatchet bug?

doesent look like a cancell, if he would use animation cancel he would not be doing the 2 hit ga light attack combo
