HotkeyNet is a free tool you can use, I've used it to 3 box a rogue as main and 2 clerics, I just did a few commands so i could hit the F commmand sat top to make the clerics Tab, or Q, or E, so i could level 3 accounts at a time to hit 5 man afk pvp groups, which I just added 2 extra window lines for (there is an easy command described in the website to rename all of your windows instantly, or you can do it manually with a setting in hotkeynet one by one) 5 man to make all the toons pop a quick Q or something whenever I hit F1. There is pip, and you're also able to full screen and set a toggle that brings other windows up to main focus for handing in quests and looting which I have been too lazy to set up so far but plan to eventually. for now, i used 3 windows and the /follow command and just moved the mouse for each window and hit F on the keyboard to loot and interact with npc's without breaking /follow. ISBoxer has a thread devoted to neverwinter, and if you're willing to pay they have tons of profiles and various class arrangements set up and they can show you how to tweak each profile to your likeing, one guy wrote about that as well.
