Problem is he has TUNED parts.
Or maybe better... RACE or PRO parts.
I see a lot of noobs say hacker to many players that play fair...
but they don't see CAR PERFORMANCE first...
they accuse like nOObs.
A haker is easy to caught... Only Speedhackers with Cheat Engine i saw from the beginnig of game (in multiplayer). They teleport to finish to get gold cards, but they loose the game on last place.
