Offline Drop Rates
Did anyone figured out how to edit this part of the file (NFSWorld\OFFLINE_SERVER\www\soapbox\Engine.svc\se ttings)

What did all these number and how to reduce/eliminate possibility for 25X One More Lap" "Reward" for 1st place. Or can you decide which race tape what reward will give etc.
As far as I tried all i get no matter the race type is only IGC rewards with 3,0,0,0... on all 4 rows (1st-3th place, 4th-8th place seems to be random powerup and rarely a skill reward).
Most of other variation i have tried give a random (3-4 types) of powerups and did not succesfully defined, in example: 12th number is for the chance of Emergency Evade Power-up
If someone "played" with this file, share your result
BTW the upper part of the file is a lot more easy to understand so i will not discuss it for now
