NFS: World Offline Runtime Error

Hi, I've installed the offline server as shown (downloading the RAR library from the main thread, installing Java, Python) and I can run the game, but when I exit, I get this exception error. After the error closes, the launcher crashes and each time I try to start the launcher, it immediately crashes. The only workaround I know of is to re-install from the RAR library, but then the cycle repeats. Any help?

First off USE 19.2 Version of server.... and 2 LOOK on site and not spam with ******* topics dude. Too lazy to look?
