i not understand how install but is ok i can wait for simple version

It's simple, download the files and run the installer, after that download the soapbox.exe, rename it on nfsw.exe and replace with the exe on the data folder, then run the two icons have maked the installed on the desktop, create a shortcut of your nfsw.exe, go on properties, modifiy the destination string, click one space after the " and put this:US a 1 then save the file and launch the shortcut with the two cmd's opened.
