Trying to play with a bud

Hey im trying to play with a friend, it gives us the error-5 code
He takes my ipv4 inserts in the notepad tries to join the server and it gives him the error, someone knows how to fix?

Maybe one of you have something wrong in their configuration ,or your internet / LAN connection is too slow.
