Framework in offlines servers

Lately I changed system from win 7 32bit to x64 and have problem with nfsw offline launchers all crashes because mscorwks.dll-netframework file. Latest version that work for me is 1.5.

So my questions are:

1.What netframework I need to launch latest offlineserver.exe or servereditor.exe or other *.exe's which launching offline versions of NFSW?

2.Is it other way(easy) to launch NFSW without offline launchers?

3. Can somone make launcher that uses newer or older version of netframework?

You can:

- Use 1.9 version.
- Use soapbox-race standalone version.
- create nfsw.exe shortcut with parameters

server editor was made with c#5 and was targeting clr 4 iirc, so you would need .net 4 to run it. But you can run server without it. just look out for older tutorials with shortcuts too lazy to search

Changed mscorwks.dll file(netframework 2.0) to newer version through ubuntu and all edidtors and launchers seems working.
