As a layman, I have no idea what you mean.
Maybe starting a gofundme account, properly made it to go viral, would perhaps help fund this project.
Good luck and I wish to help, but I am very poor.
The best I can do is help with the awareness of this and will do what I can.
Create a gofundme or another form of said funding sites, post it here and I am sure many people will help spread the word.

in my countings, all costs in dollar per mouth is 7k, impossible for me, but for those who have interested, talk to me.

Mabye there is a way, but it is an expensive one to bring back what we loved so much from the game.
btw. Don't buy the new NFS! EA doesn't deserve the success!

Oh the irony is so thick on that one, it would take a nuke to escape it.
If EA don't deserve success, than why are so many ppl missing NFSW and hoping to at least be able to play Lan with friends?
In short, their games are pretty fun.
Developers....smart people
Customer Service...like talking to an ant to tell him of the half eaten sandwich a few blocks "that way" --------->
As if he will understand a thing said.
One does not need to care about customer relations, when they put out games worth playing.
Even so, like with those who put out get rich books, that are completely worthless, the author still has success with the sales.

Oi aqui é o amigo dele, este servidor matem cerca de 70 mil Ips conjunto, ou seja, mais de 400 mil pessoas online em uma só sala, usávamos ele no H1Z1/DayZ ele está no valor de 18k, ele está totalmente habilitado para manter um jogo como o nfs world em plena funcionalidade é só instalar e iniciar, mas precisamos de money, porque fica muito caro no brasil impostos, chaves de rede etc.. se voce estiver interessado mande um email aqui
