I completely agree.
Even when the game was online, I could not understood why people used hacks, such as wall/speed/tank etc and specially that one that kicked everyone from the lobby so you could race alone and obviously win.
I understand the ones who code the hacks, as that part is fun.
But the whole point of a racing game is to have a blast trying to win, and if one has to use hacks to win, where exactly is the personal victory?
To me, it is like cheating in the solitary card game, because you didn't actually win, it's a pretend win.
Now games like Runescape, if one uses bots to farm for items to then sell for IGC, to then sell the IGC for real money, that makes sense.
