How to fix SEREVERERROR_FATAL_ERRORCODE_5

I have followed the steps on video and I keep getting the **** error I even try uninstalling java and python and reinstalling it and still nothing. Any solutions I really want to play some offline NFSW.

I've already tried that not to mention is that 2 things pops up I though there was suppose to be 3 things

You might have a too slow PC or you didnt run things as ADMINISTRATOR!

Maybe ur server is set to Oktoberfest holiday

I always have this bug ONLY when using the 1.2 server version for Team Escapes, it happens everytime i launch the server for the first time, the second time works perfectly fine then after i restart the launcher.
