In case installation of mitmproxy goes wrong:
Browse your Startmenu for Command Prompt, rightclick and choose Run as Administrator. Now perform the same things as mentioned in the readme. So in short it would be:
Quote:
Step 4 - Install mitmproxy
Start cmd.(Start+R "cmd") Rightclick 'Command Prompt' in your Startmenu and Run as Administrator.
Copy these, right-click on the cmd window and click "Paste" one-by-one, after that press Enter:
cd C:\Python27\Scripts
pip install mitmproxy
Let it install.

If you are still having this problem it could be because of the same problem I had.
If you have loaded in a save persona file, go back to those two files, right click them, one at a time, click "properties" and make sure that windows does not have them set to "block".
If so, then unblock them and then reload them with server editor.

Just some added FAQ...
If you wish to use them in the OP
Some you may already have.
Always right click the files, click properties, insure windows is not blocking said files, and if so, unblock them.
Including downloads Persona files before importing into the server editor.
Just rightclick and then click properties of the rar/zip file, insure they are not being blocked and if so unblock them then click apply, before extracting it.
Windows may be possibly blocking the dl files of them from loading as well, even if unBlocked
Which will not allow powerups to work, among will cause other errors
That you have to figure out yourself, its in the windows firewall settings.

if you are getting the error, can not find the file needed to start the game, you have to fix that in the setting.ini file to the put in the correct path.
You have to click "show hidden files and folders" in folders options, to find the correct path
Then you can navigate to locate them.
My Computer, (OS)C , Program Data, Electronic Arts, Need For Speed World, Data
If you are using the shared dl game data and program files, you will not get the complete folders and paths to place the data folders into.
Data folder
C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed World\Data
Program folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed World
The drive letter may be different but everything else is the same at least on win7, but XP or other OS, I am not sure about that one.
