I don't know if anyone is interested, but I have made an update to the PhysicsProfileHash with every car hash in game (except negative hashes because, meh, I don't know how to get them).
Before you copy and paste the code in your PhysicsProfileHash.txt, remove the categories like "Standard Cars", "Police Editions", etc.
Also, about the category "Removed car models", as it says, they don't have the mesh in CARS folder, so using them without changing the car model set in attributes.bin will result in crash.
About the "Special Editions", I believe that "_rp" refers to Royal Purple cars. However, there is the challenger71_rp, so I may be wrong about the mening of "_rp". (cars with the prefix "_rp" have unique stock performance parts and they aren't used by the game).
Also, the PhysicsProfileHash of some "Special Editions" aren't used. As an example, the elcamino_te is currently used by the Juggernaut Edition of the El Camino, which features an unique set of performance parts. However, the vipersrt_escape, car1020_te, gto65_escape aren't used by the game, and they all feature unique performances with heavier mass. Try out to buy any version of the Viper or the GTO '65 and then compare with the versions from the "Special Editions". You will notice that the stats are different:

So if you have some creations that you would like to share for the whole community to enjoy, please PM me your carslots.xml and a name for you to be credited if your car or cars are featured.
To find your carslots.xml, do this:
server directory > www > nfsw > Engine.svc > personas > 100 > carslots.xml
As per usual, I will in no way whatsoever claim that your creations are mine. I just want to do my part to help get these cars in the hands of the community.
You just find it. Listen to all game activity during safehouse performance part installation, and you will eventually scope down to the function you want to find. There was literally a false flag coup just 2 days ago in my country, I don't have enough time to explain much, sorry.

How do I find desired algorithm from the?
Ida only displays the progress of the entire application but only algorithms appear in output window.
Is there any other possibility of finding algorithm.Find algorithm method and add breakpoint every sub_xxxxx code is trial and error or crash.
Looking for some function or feature of IDA Pro that will log all the steps required applications.
Stack Trace did not help me. The need to monitor the area where the code is, other areas do not need to monitor. Application creates several files Debug with numbers.

You can edit it directly using the HexEditior or use nfsu360's VLTEd 2.1 to edit the offsets.

It's a compiled executable. You're reverse-engineering it. It isn't meant to be easy. I'm amazed at how much you're complaining considering that nfsw.exe is not mangled and is pretty much an open book. I managed to get <subject> calculation from the nfsw.exe itself, that means if you know what you're doing, it isn't hard.
