NFS World - Offline Server

Offline server doesn't work with version of the game from 2011, because 2011 version has a different stuff than 1603 build (the last version). In 2011 version we have Tier Class system, less cars than now, etc. This server is made for latest build with latest stuff. Only way to play 2011 version is some one make a new server specific for that version.

In notepad++ go to view and check the stuff called "wrap". It will make it a bit easier to edit

Download XML Viewer or XML editor, find a good program which you can edit easy.

If you install in Notepad++ plugin "XML Tools", it would be more comfortable.

I've tried that too, same problem... It would be awesome to have the old NFS World with new stuff (cars, upgrades ecc.) and without the f#ckin' skills system. I hate it. I like the old system, which is based on levels: the highest is your level, the better handling, acceleration, nitrous ecc. you have. Yeah, I know, now it doesn't matter because we can do what we want but when finally we can have an online server, it will matter (at least for me).

Hypercycle sent some links to edit ingame gfx files in the first 20 pages. You should check those.

I respect your opinion, but I don't agree. I think that skills system is a lot better than old system, because with skills system you can do a very personalization of every single car that you have in your garage. With the same car, you can decide to put best skills for race, or for team escape etc., independently from your level.. so for me I think that it's better - if we will have again nfsw ONLINE - to have the new system instead the old...

Yup, maybe you're right. Haven't thought about it. The reason is because I have never used it, maybe it is better for me to start using it

I don't like only one thing: your level means nothing. The first level has everything that has the 60th level. That's not right. I mean, a player that has played a lot deserves better stuff than the newbie... Do you agree? At least just locking some parts/cars ecc. for low level players.

The old skills system is better than now, in old you have skill for improve top speed in race, handling and more. Tier Class System, etc. And don't forget in old version we have a BMW M3 GTR E46 Race Spec

I also would like the old skill system back. Maybe both new & old?(ok i'm fantasizing too much) Shame on EA.

Do you have mitmproxy installed? Do you have the jar file where the rest of the folder is?

Have you tried 1.5 or 1.6 instead? They don't require mitmproxy.

P.S. Hachiko, are you Polish by any chance?
