(I can change HAT values, but it's something else that actually makes the car go faster, gear ratio stuff I assume. The HAT values are, actually, just for show.)

which version of python you install? 2.7 x86?

Yes, of course, easiest way (if you have installer of the game) - install the game, download this archive (thank`s Niksobil for it) and unpack them in c:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\Need For Speed World\ =)

By saying, "Play," you really mean, "Watch the loading screen do sh*t." I tried it with a cr*ppy test driver, and it worked, but when I try my main (the one with 63 intricately vinyled cars ripped from the server and 75 more intricately vinyled cars added later), of course it doesn't work.

The fake command does not appear with the cr*ppy test driver neither does it try to run heartbeat file three f*cking times in a row.

EDIT: Yes, the first loading screen is as far as it will get, and NFSW offline will continue to spin that loading symbol even though it isn't loading sh*t.

This mod adds all the performance parts to the performance shop.


Installation

Please take a backup of (your server folder)\www\nfsw\Engine.svc\catalog\productsInCate gory_NFSW_NA_EP_PERFORMANCEPARTS

1) Extract the www folder given into your server folder. Press "Yes to All" button for any file change permission.
2) Run NFS World Offline and select your driver.
3) Go to Safehouse (H) > Customization > Performance Shop.
4) Look at the parts list. You'll see all the parts! OVER 600! Even the custom series, royal engine and misc. parts!

To uninstall, just replace your backups.

That's what I've been trying to get- help. You can talk about files, but it's impossible to find any help around here.
