Have you read the instructions in the ReadMe file?

Make sure you :

1. Search for and start the application "Run" (no quotes)
2. When you have it started, search for "powershell" (all lower case and no quotes)
3a. Now copy and paste everything the instructions tell you (you should copy and paste 3 things)
3b. Follow further instructions from the ReadMe file or ask for more help if you're still confused.
4. Enjoy the game.

1. On Windows 7, the server editor is different from the one on Windows 8. Why is that? Is that a bug and could it be changed? Because i want to be able to change my profile picture and current in game season like on the Windows 8 version.

Need for Speed World: Offline - Unreleased Events Map by NFSWZEL v0.5

Known problems:
- "Km/km" inconsistency, spacing problems.
- Some of the events in X cluster, Camden and Rockport were added after the initial numbering was done.
- Not showing yet in which burrough the events from the X cluster actually take place.

Features to be added:
- Proper names of all the tracks which have been in Carbon/MW.
- Better-looking fonts and event thumbnails.
- A definitive (?) inventory of the events in X cluster (formerly known as Legendary Pink Dot).
- A collaboration with someone who could alter the names of the events (via ArtMoney?).

Well you'd have to edit the file again if you want to play a different track. For example if you got it set up to All In and you wanna do Home Run, you'll have to edit the file again. But after that it sticks, even if you restart the game you can come back to it.

One thing I do is that I made a straight shortcut to the 374.xml and placed it on my desktop, so I can just edit it on the go if I want to try a different track. You can even edit it in game, go safehouse and out, and your changes will apply.

Plus, it's useful to play hidden races that do not spawn at the map. If you're interested in that, check this post for all race ID's, some are really fun to try like the Palmont Loop, or the 9 lap races:

Yeye iv been trying a couple of the hidden tracks..realy fun like the Omega..i wonder why Omega wasnt added in online tho coz it looks finnished.

And nice to know i can edit the file while in game and it will update...i will also probably do it kinda like you did and choose the hidden tracks manually coz its a messy stuff looking for them in the map xD

Introduction
They, even me, said it was impossible. Well, it turns out that it's possible and it can be done. Please welcome the first public offline server for NFS: World.

About
It's a pretty straight-forward tool but since it's in alpha it requires many dependencies. These include: Java, Python2, Mitmproxy, Windows. We try our best to bring you the best experience but remember that it will take time. Also, tool is open-source and even has the source within the archive, so no viruses or anything like that.

How to use
Read the "readme.html" in the archive. It tells you everything you need to know. Make sure you do not change the path of the python installer. It has to be in C:\Python27.

Personas
I download personas that are requested from me on my free time. I no longer do this. The ones I d/led were uploaded to .
Exchange them from ServerEditor.exe using the "Persona Exchanger".

Bugs

• Can't do Team Escapes(no SP data on server)
• Can't do some drags SP(no SP data on server)
• Can do pursuits but can't finish them. Doing so will crash the game. The reason for that is this magnificent piece of junk called Java.
• Can't process anything related to basket data, for now. Reason being we didn't code it yet.
• Can change cars but going to safehouse again after changing cars will reset the car back to the default one.
• Races give no rewards.(You have unlimited IGC & Boost anyways)
• Can do TH but no rewards will be given when finished.
• Can't sell cars.

Todo

• Fix bugs(duh).
• Create a tool that will allow players to change driver name, level, exp, money etc.
• Create a tool that will allow players to exchange persona data with ease.(You have to do it manually for now)
• Hopefully, get enough data to be able to create a UDP private server.

You're ok. Just continue with installing mitmproxy. Then launch the server by starting 0-host.bat then starting the nfsw shortcut. Or, use the server launcher.

Are you blind? On the first page you will always find the newest server, and you will see the date.
