Account ban

my account is banned since last year and I've messaged EA today, they told me the ban is going to stay permanent. So is there another way to get it unbanned or at least change it to a temporary ban?

No, EA will never revoke any valid bans.

There is no chance to get unbanned, create a new account. This is the only solution.
