He could just make a new account, get to lvl 3 and get the 500 boost and use it for a rep or cash amplifier. Then use GMZ's TE bot for about 3-4 hours and BINGO, level 20+ with enough IGC to get any car he wants and a few decent parts and skills to start. Asking for an account is just stupid though when its so easy to make one yourself.

He can not play more then 1h a day + he doesnt have alot of time to play and he really wants to play with a good car that's why I asked , and no he's not going to use bots to level up fast.
