OMG they are really stupid. After i got the temporary ban message, i went to college hoping that when i come home my account will be fine, but wait, **** happened. When i got home and tried to log in i got the permanent ban message. After that i waited 5 minutes and tried to log in again and guess what, i got the temporary ban message again =)) . I sent them an email, and now i'm waiting for their response.

Their system does have errors and bans those who didn't cheat but don't waste your time with an email if you ever used hacks such as speedhack or auto finish, even just one time. Trust me I know. They will go back and see it, even from months ago. Only safe hacks right now are the four that Farming Inc posted.

The thing is that i haven't use any of those hacks speed or autofinish, i only used Farming's hack, that one that is safe, and it wasn't even activated at the time they disconnected me.

did you ever get free slots or use the porsche bug. i think that gets you banned too. or if you get reported too many times (i had a completely clean account i used to ram people for fun and got reported a bajillion times LOL, and then ban)

Update: I'm permanently banned again. =))
lingo1244: Yes i got free slots (100 slots), but i got them when i created my account, not recently. And what reports? I played only 2 MP races, the rest were SP. I don't even own a Porsche.
Update again: Not banned permanently, just temporary =)) (man they just can't decide)

ya on one of my friends accounts he got free slots (maybe like 10 from porsche bug and he deleted his porsches) way back when. still banned.

Disconected from server:
Method 1 Server bugs = no ban (simple login again)
Method 2 youre account is flagged as hacker = direct tempban after kick = Permban later.

If you get these kinds of messages, and get "auth not avail." when relaunching the game: DO NOT TRY TO LOGIN OVER AND OVER AGAIN! The server thinks you're trying to bypass the ban so it perma-bans you. It's a ****** server, we just have to deal with it.
