your only chance is the support by phone or live chat

but if your account is banned through using 3rd party tools ---> forget it

On that accont i didint use hacks so i think i got a chance.

Depends i guess. If it's an another driver on the same account they will probably all be banned? When you created a total different account you might be lucky.

If u never used hacks , you might just have the weong shard opened

Dosent matter the shard i am banned because i left that accont to some else for a few days and that r3$%$$ had use hacks on that accont.
