I was using Auto finishing, lobby kicking, tank mode, etc but I'm sure using AF is what got me banned.

When I contacted the support or any other kind of incompetent EA employee, they never wrote "Need for Speed: World", but "Need for Speed World". Might by a fake, don't really know...

Its not fake. The picture is probably blurry due to using the crappy paint program to save the screen shot -.-

this is his picture, when i look for similar text i think that they made a new layout, a couple of months ago they also changed the FB page of World into Need for SPeed and the main site had changes too, twitter as well.
