i have a discusion with a friend, he said, he have seen a Mclaren F1 with Overall 850. Is that possible ? My F1 with complette, highest Ultra Tuning Parts is overall only 843.
It,s not possible as F1 Max out 843 but you can use a car like Renault Sport A spec
with special parts and use the car changer and change to F1 in this example u make 846
you can see the body does not match F1 but the overall is changed.

This is just because you used a bodykit, which is not "apply-able" on the McLaren.
