Help because of a hacker I was banned!

Hey I have a problem I was in nfs world traveling in a c class multiplayer race with my mr2. race in this was a speed hacker in which even the name was hidden. Now the hacker had pushed me with full speed and suddenly I was about 400 km / h but unwittingly. and as I drove to the finish I was thrown out of the game and am temporarily banned. I find the 2 hours is not bad but I have not hacked but has been postponed and will ensure equal banned. can someone help me how I can contact?

EA wont do anything about it. its a temp ban anyways. go take a walk outside or something.

yes I know but it is my intention that ea just so people banished and not really exactly works.
